Who we are
Fidwa is an app from Satr wa Salfah, a Saudi app studio. Contact: support@fidwa.app.
What we collect
Your child’s name, date of birth and sex, and everything you log yourself: sleep, feeds, solids, diapers, medicine, measurements and notes. We do not ask for your location, contacts or an advertising ID.
Where it is kept
On your phone. If you turn on an account later, an encrypted copy is kept on servers inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you can switch it off at any time. Accounts are not available yet; when they are, we will update this page.
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled on your phone itself and do not pass through our servers.
Who it is shared with
Nobody. If you invite someone to your family (when sharing is available), they see only what their role allows.
Ads and tracking
There are no ads, no tracking tools and no analytics, and we never sell your data.
Your rights
Export your data (CSV), delete all of it from Settings, and withdraw your consent. Write to us at support@fidwa.app for any request.
Health data
This is health data. The app gives no medical advice; medicine is a diary only and we never suggest doses. Do not use it instead of a doctor.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no fonts or libraries from third parties. If you write to us, we use your email only to reply to you.
Version
Version 1, the same text as inside the app. Any change in meaning raises the version and we ask for your consent again. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
